Strategic Leadership Coaching was established in 2007 by Robb Pardee in response to the growing need for substantive leadership development targeted at the next generation.

 Robb's Bio

Robb is the founder and president of Strategic Leadership Coaching.  He has over 13 years of experience working with people as a counselor, trainer, and coach.  His passion is helping people and organizations to reach their potential by overcoming internal and external obstacles.

Over the last several years Robb has been serving in various leadership roles with a large human service provider in Philadelphia. This work has ranged from direct service provision, supervision of clinicians, management of technical projects, and the development of program outcomes.  At the same time Robb has been involved in academic circles working as adjunct faculty in the graduate counseling program at Philadelphia Biblical University. Robb has also been a trainer and subject matter expert for The Center For Social Policy and Community Development at Temple University.

Robb has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.  As well as a Master of Science in Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University.  Robb is also a graduate of the innovative Evidence Based Coaching program at Fielding Graduate University.  He is currently certified by the International Coach Federation at the ACC level.  Robb is also a Certified ChangeWorks Practitioner.
